Question about VMR 7, Directx9.0b and Windows 2000
Did you ever have this problem prior to DX9.0b? While on the monitor issue, does it have a hardware power management setting? DirectX 9.0b is not likely to be a problem either, as it runs these applications fine here in the lab. When you tried XP, did you do all the updates from windows update?

I am having problems with DirectX 9,0b freezing. In dxdiag's directx display tests (the spinning cube), DirectX7 and 8 and 9 freeze. I have tried: xp service pack 1a, several new display drivers, new chipset drivers, cooling my computer Nothing seems to have any effect.Does anyone out there have an idea?

I have DirectX 9,0b 3. I have the latest drivers for my Creative Soundbaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum. 4. And I have the latest updates for windows xp (autoupdate). My problem: All games I play which needs direct3d goes choppy every 10 secound. It goes smooth and it goes choppy if you know what I mean.

Then install dx9.0b (current) and set any display/advanced/troubleshooting... sliders to full accelleration. reboot and try again...(bios should be PnP OS installed and the AGP aperture equal to the video card ram...in my experience). <The Radeon 9600 is a DirectX 9 video card>

La version dans windows update proposé aujourd'hui est dx9.0b. J'hésite à installer dx9.0a ou b,because quelques un rapporte des pbs. avec dx9 et FS2004.
